Anne Hathaway plays an aspiring journalist in The Devil wears Prada, happily ignorant to high end fashion, but in real life, the actress has been getting dressed up since she could barely walk.

Anne says that she loves her Jimmy Choo and Manolo Blahnik shoes and can even jog in them.

She says that it’s a god gift. She claims that she wore her first pair of heels when she was three and wore her mother’s four-inch stilettos, for two weeks straight.

The actress says that her love for heels is something that will never die.

Screen success means Hathaway can afford to materialize her love affair with high end designer shoes. She hasn’t been out of work since 1999, when she acted in a short-lived television series called Get Real.
