It seems that Lindsay will be out of focus for quite a long time. No major projects, no albums and it seems, no part to play in her mom Dina Lohan’s upcoming reality TV show. Dina has asked Lindsay not to feature in the eight-episode series Living Lohan. There is a very strong reason behind it as well. Dina feels that it wouldn’t be right for Lindsay’s career to step into reality TV. In Dina’s words,
I told Lindsay I don’t want her on the show right now. Doing reality TV would almost be taking a step backward as far as her career.
Well, Lindsay’s father Michael Lohan has also warned her about the same for he feels that Dina might use Lindsay as a stepping stone towards her career. Oh, Michael, don’t you know that a mother knows best? While the reality show is set to premiere next week, Lindsay seems to enjoy her stay at Cannes with friend Samantha Ronson.

Why am I not surprised? After knowing that she has been axed from quite a lot of projects, I think it can be bought that mommy dearest wouldnt want her to be a part of her show. Oh! Holly-world and its ways. Anomalous but all the more interesting, eh?
I guess her mother’s decision is fine...otherwise we might see another good artist going down the drain with some cheap reality show..I guess we should wait and watch for her future films, if there are any!
