Mariah Carey may be dying to act but she is not ready to make any compromise. As per the latest buzz, she did manage to score a role in Tennessee but backed out when the producers asked her to look a little ugly as her role demanded so.

In the film, she would have played the role of a waitress who, in search of her father, sets out with two brothers. To make sure that she looks a little southerner, the producers wanted her to wear a fake nose and have bushy eyebrows. Seems she can’t compromise on her looks at all. One point which makes it clear that she is not made for acting!
